Utrinkets LLC in downtown Brainerd will be hosting its 10th annual Knit-In for the Cure this Friday and Saturday starting at noon on Friday and ending at noon on Saturday.
Area knitters and crocheters will be creating chemo caps, prayer shawls and lap blankets that are distributed at no charge for people treating for cancer. People are welcome to come for an hour or two or stay for the whole 24 hours. Items do not need to be completed in this time as Utrinkets collects these items year-round.
