Winona LaDuke will be the featured speaker Monday at the Rosenmeier Board for State and Local Government event.
Her presentation, titled "Energy and Food Policies for a Sustainable Lakes Region: Economics for the Seventh Generation" will be at 7 p.m. Monday in the Dryden Theatre on Brainerd's Central Lakes College campus. LaDuke is executive director of the Honor the Earth website and was Green Party presidential candidate Ralph Nader's running-mate twice.
