STAPLES-Tim Rice, CEO of Lakewood Health System, will speak on the effect of the Affordable Care Act on local health care providers at 6 p.m. Dec. 15 at Twisted Sister's Restaurant in Staples. The event is sponsored by Crossroads Conservatives.
Rice does not bring a partisan political position to the issue but he will provide a good opportunity to learn about how our area is impacted.
The evening will be a dinner meeting, with activities to begin as soon as dinners are ordered and served.
