Linden Hill's 9-acre estate on the banks of the Mississippi River is cared for by volunteers. The machine will allow staff to more efficiently care for the grounds.

Linden Hill is home to two historic mansions, built in 1898, by lumber barons Charles Weyerhaeuser and Richard Drew Musser. After the death of Laura Jane Musser in 1987, the homes were given to the city of Little Falls and are now under the care and direction of The Friends of Linden Hill, a nonprofit.
