The Brainerd Public Library will host a gardening class on attracting pollinators Tuesday.
"Plant Natives-Attract Pollinators" will be presented at noon by Coralee Fox, University of Minnesota Extension Master Gardener at the Brainerd Public Library, 416 S. Fifth St.
"Human activity has left an irrevocable mark on the landscape we occupy," a news release stated.
"Habitat loss has had a devastating effect on native pollinators that rely on wild and semi-wild areas."
The presentation will help participants learn how to help native pollinators by choosing native plants for their gardens.
To register, call the library at 218-829-5574.
