Level 3 sex offender Matthew Berry, who was going to move to a residence in Agram Township, near Pierz, is no longer moving to the residence, the Morrison County Sheriff's Office reported.
The sheriff's office held a community notification meeting on Jan. 28 in Little Falls regarding Berry.
