Level 3 offender now homeless in Brainerd
The Brainerd Police Department was notified Level 3 predatory offender Terrance Lee Lindmark, who was living in Crow Wing County, is now homeless in the area of Evergreen River Landing in Brainerd.
Lindmark, 58, has a history of sexual contact with boy and girl victims between the ages of 4 and 10. Contact included penetration and force was used to gain compliance. Lindmark was known to the victims.
Since Lindmark is not new to the community and has resided in Brainerd in the past, no community notification meeting will occur. Public fact notification sheets will be available at the Brainerd Police Department. Lindmark was released from custody in 2017. He has changed his registration to homeless previously —in 2017 and in 2019.
In a news release, the police department reminded the public Lindmark is not wanted by police at this time. This notification is not intended to increase fear in the community, but to keep the public informed, the release stated. The department asks the public to report criminal activity by this offender or any other person by calling 911.
