The Northern Lakes Lightning Peewee B1 team took first place at their home tournament last weekend Nov. 15 in Breezy Point where they hosted 6 teams including; White Bear Lake, Blaine, River Lakes, Pine City, and Becker/Big Lake.
They defeated Becker/Big Lake 6-1, Pine City 7-4, Blaine 5-1 and Blaine again 7-4, then finally, River Lakes 3-1 for the championship.
