In April, the American Heart Association is championing Little Steps Big Gains, a four-week activity challenge.
The association is challenging everyone this spring to make an effort to reduce risks for heart disease, stroke and many cancers by being more active and thus opening the door for weight loss and greater fitness.
So for each week, starting in April the association will provide tips that will be included in the Monday Motivator to encourage an activity challenge this spring.

• Week 2-Get in the Game: Sports Fitness.

• Week 3-Fun for the Whole Family.
• Week 4-Stress Less with Mindful Movement.
We'll include a four-week challenge chart that can be clipped and used to commit and then keep track of the goal of being active 150 minutes each week for four weeks.
