Brainerd firefighters respond to calls

BRAINERD — The Brainerd Fire Department responded to a fire alarm at 5:15 p.m. Monday, June 13, Quality Inn and Suites, 2115 S. Sixth St.

Upon investigation, it was determined to be a false alarm.

Crews were also called at 7:03 p.m. to the 13000 block of Thompson Road for a crash involving a vehicle striking a pedestrian. Fire crews assisted at the scene.

At 9:23 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to Mississippi Terrace, 215 SW. Fourth St., for a fire alarm. Upon investigation, it was determined to be a false alarm.
