Brainerd firefighters respond to calls

BRAINERD — The Brainerd Fire Department responded to a report of illegal burning at 4:25 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 11, on the 800 block of South Sixth Street.

Upon arrival firefighters found leaves being burned in a fire pit. Fire crews extinguished the fire.
