Brainerd police

ARRESTS — A 40-year-old man was arrested at 9:28 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 21, for violating a domestic abuse no-contact order on the 700 block of Fifth Avenue Northeast. As of Monday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

A 23-year-old woman was arrested at 6:30 p.m. Saturday on four Crow Wing County warrants on the 600 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast. As of Monday afternoon, the woman was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

A 24-year-old man was arrested at 11:39 p.m. Saturday for violating an order for protection on the 1400 block of Pine Street. As of Monday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

A 24-year-old man was arrested at 2:54 a.m. Saturday for domestic assault and disorderly conduct on the 1200 block of Breilly Court. As of Monday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

A 31-year-old man was arrested at 12:11 a.m. Saturday for domestic assault and disorderly conduct on the 600 block of E Street. As of Monday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

A 59-year-old man was arrested at 11:30 p.m. Friday for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia at F Street and Seventh Avenue Northeast. As of Monday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

A 21-year-old man was arrested at 6:39 p.m. Friday for domestic assault at Fourth Avenue Northeast and F Street.

THEFTS — Report of a theft Saturday on the 400 block of North Ninth Street.

ARRESTS — A 32-year-old man was arrested at 1:44 a.m. Saturday for driving while intoxicated at Clearwater Road and Forest Drive in Baxter.

A 42-year-old man was arrested at 9:14 p.m. Friday for DWI at Highland Scenic and College roads. As of Monday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

ARRESTS — A 50-year-old man was arrested at 10:13 p.m. Thursday for vehicle theft on the 16000 block of Highway 371 in Unorganized Territory. As of Monday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

A 34-year-old man was arrested at 9:22 p.m. Wednesday for DWI at County Highway 3 and Blue Bonnet Road in Merrifield.
