Brainerd police

ARRESTS — A 47-year-old man was arrested at 7:19 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 28, for criminal sexual conduct on the 600 block of Second Avenue Northeast. As of Monday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

A 29-year-old woman and a 43-year-old man were arrested at 9:42 a.m. Sunday at Kari Lane and Hart Road. The 29-year-old woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of ammo, possession of hypodermic needles, possession of a dangerous weapon and expired registration. The 43-year-old man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and an open bottle. As of Monday afternoon, both the man and woman were in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

ASSAULT — Report of a fight at 1:08 a.m. Saturday at South Seventh Street and Laurel Street.

Report of an assault at 9:39 a.m. Saturday on the 200 block of North 10th Street.

Breezy Point police

ARRESTS — A 38-year-old man was arrested at 11:12 a.m. Sunday for violating a domestic abuse no-contact order at Breezy Point Drive and Spruce Drive. As of Monday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

A 59-year-old man was arrested at 11:32 p.m. Sunday for DWI at County Highway 11 and Weavers Point Road.

A 72-year-old man was arrested at 4:04 p.m. Saturday for domestic assault on County Highway 4. As of Monday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

A 26-year-old man was arrested at 1:39 a.m. Saturday for DWI on the 30000 block of Airport Road. As of Monday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

Crow Wing County sheriff

ARRESTS — A 43-year-old man was arrested at 7:05 p.m. Sunday for domestic assault on the 18000 block of County Highway 2 in Maple Grove Township. As of Monday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

A 33-year-old man was arrested at 2:37 a.m. Sunday for domestic assault on the 24000 block of State Highway 18 in Bay Lake Township. As of Monday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

A 58-year-old woman was arrested at 7:35 p.m. Saturday for driving while intoxicated at State Highway 210 and County Highway 59 in Ironton. As of Monday afternoon, the woman was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

ARRESTS — A 32-year-old man was arrested at 7:31 p.m. Thursday for domestic assault on County Highway 17. As of Monday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

A 27-year-old man was arrested at 2:37 a.m. Aug. 21 for domestic assault on Rae Avenue.
