Baxter police

ARRESTS — A 22-year-old man was arrested at 9:55 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 28, for driving while intoxicated on the 700 block of West Washington Street. As of Tuesday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

A 34-year-old man was arrested at 1:23 a.m. Saturday for domestic assault at Super 8 Motel, 14341 Edgewood Drive. As of Tuesday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

THEFTS — Report of a theft Sunday at Walmart, 7295 Glory Road. Two juveniles were cited and trespassed.

ARRESTS — A 49-year-old man was arrested for DWI.

THEFTS — Report of a bicycle stolen from a porch on First Avenue Northeast. The bicycle was located and returned to the owner. Charges are pending.
