Baxter police

ARRESTS — A 48-year-old woman was arrested at 3:34 p.m. Sept. 14 for driving while intoxicated and violating the terms of release on the 7200 block of Glory Drive. As of Monday afternoon, the woman was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

A 40-year-old woman was arrested at 12:22 p.m. Sept. 13 for possession of drugs on the 8200 block of Highland Scenic Road.

THEFT — Report of a theft Sept. 14 on the 14000 block of Dellwood Drive. A boy was cited.

BURGLARY — Report of a burglary Sept. 15 on the 6800 block of Foley Road.

ARRESTS — A 19-year-old man was arrested at 9:27 p.m. Sept. 18 on a warrant and driving without a license on the 400 block of South Sixth Street.

A 37-year-old man was arrested at 2:22 a.m. Sept. 18 for drug possession on the 200 block of North Fourth Street. As of Monday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

A 35-year-old man was arrested at 1:23 a.m. Sept. 18 for assault and disorderly conduct on the 100 block of Second Avenue Northeast.

A 34-year-old man was arrested at 11:08 p.m. Sept. 17 for DWI at Southeast 13th and Wright streets.

A 36-year-old man was arrested at 3:45 p.m. Sept. 17 for obstructing the legal process on the 1100 block of Beech Street.

A 53-year-old man was arrested at 10:13 p.m. Sept. 16 for multiple warrants on the 700 block of Laurel Street.

A 59-year-old man was arrested at 10:04 p.m. Sept. 16 for a warrant and possession of a controlled substance on the 700 block of Laurel Street. As of Monday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

A 69-year-old man was arrested at 2:17 p.m. Sept. 16 for DWI on 10th Avenue.

A 41-year-old man was arrested at 12:56 a.m. Sept. 16 for DWI at South Seventh and Maple streets.
