• Crosslake Community School: Closed Thursday, Feb. 23. E-learning for seat based school. No before or after school kids care.

• Isle Public Schools - ISD 473: Closed Thursday. E-Learning Day.

• Little Falls Community Schools - ISD 482: Closed. No after-school events.

• Long Prairie-Grey Eagle Public Schools - ISD 2753: Closed. E-Learning Day.

• Milaca Public Schools - IDS 912: Closed. E-learning day Thursday, Feb. 23.

• Royalton Public Schools - ISD 485: Closed. Virtual day Thursday. Map program and all after school activities and events, including any ECFE classes are canceled.

• Sebeka Schools - ISD 820: Opening 2 Hrs late - Thursday. No AM pre-school.

• St. Cloud Schools - ISD 742: Closed through Thursday - Flexible learning days.

• Staples-Motley Schools - ISD 2170: Closed. E-learning day.

• Brainerd Public Library: Opening two hours late Thursday, Feb. 23, at 11 a.m.

• City of Brainerd: • City of Brainerd: SNOW EMERGENCY - The City of Brainerd has declared a Snow Emergency effective Thursday, February 23, 2023. The snow plowing and removal schedule is as follows: Snow plowing will commence at 4:00 AM on Thursday, February 23, 2023. On Thursday, February 23, 2023, there is no parking on the following streets: All Snow Emergency Routes Plowing of Snow Emergency Routes and other high priority routes will take place on February 23, 2023 during the storm event if conditions allow and driver safety can be maintained.

• City of Brainerd: DOWNTOWN SNOW EMERGENCY - has declared a Snow Emergency effective Thursday, February 23, 2023. Snow removal in the Downtown Business District will take place as follows: Snow plowing will occur as able on Thursday during or shortly following the heaviest of snowfall. Snow will be windrowed in the middle of the streets until they are able to be removed on Friday. Street, sidewalk, and parking lot snow clearing and removal will commence at 3:00 a.m. on Friday, February 24, 2023.

• Mille Lacs County DAC: Closed Thursday.

• Nisswa Garden Club presentation: Canceled Thursday, Feb. 23, and will be rescheduled.

• St. Cloud Catholic Charities Emergency Services: Closing today, Wed., February 22, beginning at 3 pm. Includes Catholic Charities Food Shelf, Basic Everyday Essentials, and Financial Assistance programs. ALL Catholic Charities Senior Dining locations will be closed on Thurs., February 23.

• Wadena County DAC: Closed.

• Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center clinics: The following clinics will open at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 23: Brainerd, Orthopedics, Baxter, Pierz, Pillager, Crosslake, Pequot Lakes, Emily, Pine River, Hackensack.

• St. Cloud Planned Parenthood North Central States health center: Closed Wed.

• Brainerd Productive Alternatives Day Services: Closed Thursday, Feb. 23.

• Tri-County Health Care clinics: Including primary care, specialty, behavioral health, and rehab will reopen at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 23.

• CLC Chalberg Theater event: Postponed until later in the spring. Verse Like Water: Visiting poet program of Central Lakes College presents Romanian-American poet Maya C. Popa that had been scheduled for Feb. 24.
