WOODBURY - A rendezvous at Red Roof Inn in Woodbury led to a St. Paul man sexting selfies during intercourse, allegedly threatening his ex-girlfriend with a beer bottle, and getting charged with felony domestic assault.

At least two domestic violence-related convictions are on McNerthney's record in the past 10 years-two violations of orders for protection in 2006, in regard to incidents that occurred in 2005 in Ramsey County.
