BREEZY POINT — A 62-year-old Golden Valley man was injured Thursday, Sept. 23, after the all-terrain vehicle he was driving collided with a stump in Breezy Point.
The Breezy Point Police Department was called at 5:13 p.m. to the crash on the 29000 block of Lakeshore Drive. Police reported Joseph P. O’Shaughnessy was driving the side-by-side on the property when it collided with a stump. The man suffered a possible back and neck injury and was transported to St Cloud Hospital.
Police reported the cause was likely from the sun blinding the man at the time of the crash.
