FRIDLEY - A 51-year-old Saint Anthony man died in crash on an Interstate 694 exit ramp at Central Avenue in Fridley at 3:30 a.m. Thursday.
Gaetano Biscari was driving a 1996 Mazda pickup when he took the exit ramp and crashed into the ditch at the end of the ramp, said the Minnesota State Patrol.
Road conditions were wet at the time. He was not wearing a seat belt and the airbag deployed.
