CROSSLAKE-A man is dead Wednesday after emergency responders found him in the waters of Little Pine Lake.
According to the Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office, a 911 call came in at 5:15 p.m. reporting the man was in the water. Responders found the man in the water at the end of a dock on the lake, which is the easternmost lake on the Whitefish Chain of Lakes.
No resuscitation efforts were attempted and no foul play is suspected, the sheriff's office stated. The identity of the man was withheld pending notification of next of kin.
The Crosslake Police and Fire departments assisted at the scene.
