BUCKMAN — A 66-year-old Pierz man was seriously injured Tuesday, June 9, after being ejected from his skid loader on his farm off 73rd Street in Buckman Township, southeast of Buckman.
The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office was called at 11:36 a.m. to the farming incident. Deputies responded and learned Gordon Boser was hauling wood/brush with his skid loader on his farm when the loader tipped forward, causing him to be ejected.
He was transported to North Memorial Health Hospital in Robbinsdale by North Memorial Health Air Care with head injuries.
Assisting the sheriff’s office at the scene were the Pierz police and fire departments, Pierz First Response Team, Mountain Lake, Morrill and Buckman First Response and Mayo Ambulance.
