LEADER — A 30-year-old Mankato man suffered injury Sunday, July 19, after he went off the road and vaulted into a field.
The Minnesota State Patrol reported the crash occurred 12:53 p.m. when a Volvo traveling south on Highway 64 went off the road near Poplar Township. The vehicle went off the road, hit a field approach and vaulted into a field. The driver — Dennis Romano Vosika — suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Lakewood Health System in Staples.
Vosika wore a seat belt, according to the crash report. The road was dry at the time.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.
