The Crow Wing County Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life March for Life will be 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22, to commemorate the Supreme Court decision Roe v. Wade.
It begins at the corner of Sixth and Oak streets in Brainerd and ends at the Crow Wing County Historic Courthouse. Signs and banners will be provided to participants. A short program will be presented in the courthouse when the walkers arrive there.
Activists gather every year on this date to speak out publicly against abortion.
"More than 638,000 innocent unborn babies have been killed by abortion in Minnesota since it was legalized by Roe v. Wade," organizers stated in a news release.
