CROSBY - A memory loss support group for the caregivers of those with Alzheimer's Disease, the most common form of dementia, will be held from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Aug. 27 at the Heartwood Senior Living Community in Crosby.
Facilitators are Karen Ford and Pam Wachholz, who have been trained through the Alzheimer's Association to lead memory loss support groups. Both women have loved ones in their lives with Alzheimer's, a disease that attacks the brain. They also host a group in Brainerd from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. the fourth Wednesday of each month at Home Instead.
