A 34-year-old Minneapolis man died Friday, March 27, after his SUV rolled over in a ditch along Highway 25 in southern Crow Wing County.
The crash was reported at 3:48 a.m. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the driver, whose name was not released, was northbound on Highway 25 when his vehicle left the roadway and rolled in the west ditch. The road was reportedly dry at the time of the crash. The report stated the driver was not wearing a seat belt.
The Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office assisted the state patrol at the crash site. Further information about the fatal crash, including the name of the driver, was expected to be released Saturday.
