HANKINSON, N.D. – A Browns Valley, Minn., man is facing charges after he was arrested at Dakota Magic Casino for delivering meth.

In a release from the Traverse County sheriff, Jessie James Gruettner, 32, is facing charges after an investigation involving several controlled where more than 100 grams of meth were purchased from Gruettner with a street value of $20,000.

The arrest was part of a four-month investigation by the Traverse County Sheriff’s Office, Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation and Southeast Multi-County Agency Drug Task Force.

Officials say subsequent to Gruettner’s arrest, two search warrants were served on two residences in Brown Valley where drug paraphernalia was found. The case remains under investigation by all agencies.

Gruettner is currently in custody at the Richland County Jail in Wahpeton on $20,000 cash only or $100,000 with surety.
