Minnesota teen found unresponsive in vehicle with synthetic marijuana

DICKINSON, N.D. - A Minnesota teen was arrested Thursday afternoon after he was found with two bags of synthetic marijuana in his vehicle in Dickinson, police said.

DICKINSON, N.D. - A Minnesota teen was arrested Thursday afternoon after he was found with two bags of synthetic marijuana in his vehicle in Dickinson, police said.

Dickinson police said they found Dustin Lilienthal, 19, of St. Francis, Minn., unresponsive in his pickup truck with a smoking device and two packages of “spice,” or synthetic marijuana. He told them he had recently smoked, police said.

Lilienthal was taken to a hospital for evaluation. He faces charges of possession of synthetic marijuana and actual physical control of a vehicle.
