Jennifer is described as a brown-haired 41-year old white female, 5' 3" in height, weighing 105 lbs.
She was last seen leaving her residence with a male at approximately 10:30 pm on June 22 ,2016. The male denies being with Stafford within the past week.
Stafford’s phone was last known to be on at 11:15pm on June 25 in the City of Bloomington.
