BAXTER -- Minnesota Department of Transportation crews are currently replacing all the posts along the Highway 371 corridor to meet the federal highways' requirements coming in January 2020.
Crews also are replacing signs along the corridor for MnDOT’s 12 year annual sign replacement program. Depending on good weather, this project is expected to take until Nov. 1 to complete, MnDOT reported.
MnDOT is responsible for constructing, operating and maintaining the state highway system. The 20-Year Minnesota State Highway Investment Plan is MnDOT’s vehicle for deciding and communicating capital investment priorities for the system for the next 20 years, it states on its website.
