Motorists may encounter delays on Highway 169 between Aitkin and Hill City as segments of the road are reduced to a single lane beginning June 20.
The closures are needed while crews repair and resurface the roadway, the Minnesota Department of Transportation said in a release.
Flaggers will allow one-way, alternating through the work zone. Motorists should slow down and prepare to stop as they approach the work zone, and must obey flaggers and signs as they navigate any work zone.
The work and lane closures will be complete by 4 p.m. June 24.
