GARRISON -- A motorcyclist suffered injuries after his motorcycle collided with a deer Wednesday, July 10, in Garrison Township.
Arthur Erwin Peterson, 72, of Palisade, was southbound on his 2017 Harley Davidson at 10:07 a.m. Wednesday, July 10, on Highway 169 at milepost 235 when he hit a deer. He was not wearing a helmet, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
Peterson was taken to Riverwood Healthcare Center in Aitkin, the state patrol reported. His injuries were not life-threatening. The Aitkin County Sheriff's Office assisted at the crash site.
