Multiple vehicles collide in College Road crash

A witness talks to a Baxter Police officer at the scene of a late afternoon multi-vehicle crash Monday, Feb. 4, at the intersection of College Road and Cypress Drive in Baxter. Roadways were slippery at the time of the crash. The Minnesota Department of Transportation reported Monday roads in the area were partially covered with mixed snow, ice or slush.
