The names of the two people, injured in a three-vehicle crash reported at 1:54 p.m. Wednesday on Wise Road near the intersection of Blakeman Road in Brainerd, have been released.
The Crow Wing County Sheriff's Department reported that Mark R. Brown, 53, and his passenger, Audrey K. Brown, 50, both of Shakopee, were transported by North Memorial Ambulance to Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center where they were treated and then released.
It was reported that all vehicles were westbound on Wise Road. A vehicle driven by Linda Louise Sullivan, 55, Brainerd, was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by Mark Brown, as Sullivan's vehicle was stopped in the roadway waiting for turning traffic. Brown's vehicle was then pushed into a vehicle of Bradley J. Whirley, 59, Brainerd.
Sullivan and Whirley were not injured.
The Brainerd Police Department, Brainerd Fire Department and Minnesota State Patrol responded to the crash.
