Crow Wing and Cass county TRIADs are coming together again to present the 2016 National TRIAD Conference webinar.
The webinar will begin at 7:30 a.m., May 26, in the Crow Wing County Land Services Building, 322 Laurel St. in Brainerd. Come for some or come for all. National leaders, including speakers from the National Council of Aging, Federal Bureau of Investigation and National White Collar Crime Center, will be presenting in a series of webinars offered in 45-minute blocks, with a 15-minute break in between, as well as an hour lunch break. Hear about the latest technology and tricks used to scam older adults, as well as new resources to combat crimes targeting older adults in your community.
The TRIAD groups will serve a soup and sandwich lunch and ask a freewill offering. As a bonus, there is a chance to win a $50 gift card. Call 218-829-4749 to register.

1-1:45 p.m.: Identity theft and prevention-Lisa Schifferle, Federal Trade Commission.
2-2:45 p.m.: How to start a TRIAD-Edward Hutchison, National Association of Triads and National Security Agency.
