Both northbound lanes of Northwest Fourth Street will be closed at the James Street intersection Wednesday, Feb. 17, in Brainerd due to a water line repair.
Traffic control will be in place at 9 a.m. All traffic will be moved to single lanes on the west side of the roadway. In a news release, city officials asked drivers to slow down and watch for equipment and workers.
