Gov. Mark Dayton announced Wednesday Quinn Nystrom was appointed to the state Council on Disability.
Nystrom, who sits on the Baxter City Council, advocates for diabetes awareness.
Nystrom's term begins July 3 and ends Jan. 6, 2020, Dayton's office stated.
She replaces Nancy Rosemore on the Council on Disability.
