PILLAGER-A 37-year-old man was injured Tuesday in a crash south of Pillager when his vehicle hit a sign.
According to the Morrison County Sheriff's Office, Joshua Solem, 37, Grand Rapids, was traveling east on Azalea Road near Dove Road when the 2008 Ford pickup he was driving left the road and struck a sign.
Solem was transported to Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd by North Ambulance with unknown injuries. The pickup truck sustained minor damage.
The sheriff's office was also assisted at the scene by the Pillager Area Fire Protection Association Team.
