The Brainerd Police Department learned Level 3 predatory offender Terrance Lee Lindmark changed his registration address to "homeless" in the downtown Brainerd area, effective Thursday.

While Lindmark has a homeless status, he is required to complete weekly check-ins with police to remain compliant with registration requirements. Lindmark was previously residing in rural Crow Wing County.

Lindmark, 56, has a history of sexual contact with boy and girl victims between the ages of 4 and 10. Contact included penetration and force was used to gain compliance. Lindmark was known to the victims.

Since Lindmark is not new to the community and has resided in Brainerd in the past, no community notification meeting will occur. Public fact notification sheets will be available at the Brainerd Police Department and that same information will be posted on the Brainerd Police Department Facebook page.

In a news release, the police department reminded Lindmark is not wanted by police at this time. This notification is not intended to increase fear in the community, but to keep the public informed, the release stated. The department asks the public to report criminal activity by this offender or any other person by calling 911.
