The Minnesota Department of Transportation encourages Little Falls area residents, businesses and motorists to attend an open house to learn details about a proposed construction project that will resurface and reconstruct part of Highway 27 in Little Falls in 2019.

The public open house is June 29, from 6-7:30 p.m. at Little Falls City Hall, 100 Seventh Ave. NE, MnDOT said in a release.

Open house attendees will be able to learn how the project may affect them or their property, view a large layout of the project, get details on current construction plans, planned traffic changes and detour routes, speak with project staff, get questions answered and take home project information.
