BAXTER-A pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle late Thursday, March 21, on Highway 210 in Baxter.
The collision happened about 11:15 p.m. on westbound Highway 210 east of Cypress Drive, the Minnesota State Patrol reported.
The victim was identified as Joshua James Carner, 46, Brainerd. Carner was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle, Ben Yu Hong, 50, Baxter, and his passenger, Pei Qiong Tang, 47, Baxter, were not injured.
The Baxter and Brainerd police departments assisted at the scene of the collision.
