PEQUOT LAKES - Papa's Treasures of Hope located north of Pequot Lakes is a nonprofit boutique raising funds to help support those who are suffering with Lyme disease.
All sales on Friday, Sept. 12, and Saturday, Sept. 13, will go to help Ryan Saulsbury, a science teacher at Pillager schools who has suffered from Lyme disease for the last three years. The disease can be crippling, not only physically and mentally but monetarily as well.
Come out, find a "treasure" and help support Saulsbury and his family. If you are unable to come, there is a fund set up at Bremer Bank in his name.
Papa's Treasures of Hope is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday.
The next Lyme support group meeting is 6 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 11, at Eagle's Nest Church on County Road 11 between Pequot Lakes and Breezy Point.
