Francois is 3.5 years old and weighs 10 pounds. He came to HART because his owners felt he needed someone who was home more. They described him as a playful lap dog. Francois has a lot of typical Chihuahua characteristics. He is very timid at first and takes time to warm up to people. He needs loving, patient owners and a home with no children.
