Jeff Higgins from Pillager is the grand prize winner from the 2015 Catholic United Financial Catholic Schools Raffle.
Higgins' ticket was one of more than 200,000 tickets sold in Minnesota, North and South Dakota. All of the raffle proceeds will stay with the schools. Catholic United Financial provides the prizes, tickets and fundraising material at no cost to the 87 Catholic schools in the three state region, including St. Francis of the Lakes Catholic School.
