Pine Center crash injures 2

An Onamia woman lost control of her vehicle and crashed into a second vehicle. The crash injured both drivers.

PINE CENTER — Two Onamia women were injured when their vehicles collided Saturday, Jan. 16, near Pine Center.

The Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office was called to the crash at 11:21 a.m. The sheriff’s office reported 28-year-old Kara Pacheco was traveling west on Crow Wing County Highway 2 near Pine Center when she lost control of her vehicle and struck an eastbound vehicle driven by 33-year-old Kayla Garbow.

Both women were transported by North Memorial Health Ambulance to the Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd.
