Pinetree Patchworkers Quilt Guild
We thank the Pinetree Patchworkers Quilt Guild for presenting our local Good Samaritan centers with beautiful "Hands of Love" quilts. These quilts are used exclusively at the time of death when one of them is placed on the resident's bed for the bedside memorial. Following the service, the quilt covers the resident's body as it is ushered out by Good Samaritan caregivers and funeral home personnel.
As we look upon the quilts and realize the thousands of stitches that are woven into it, our hearts are overwhelmed with love and appreciation.
