Staples police: ARRESTS - A 19-year-old man was arrested at 4:03 p.m. Friday following a report to assist the Morrison County Sheriff's Office with a road rage type incident involving a weapon. The 19-year-old driver was later arrested for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated and being under 21 and drinking and driving and transported to the Todd County Detention Center.

Brainerd police

ARRESTS - A 25-year-old man was arrested at 5 a.m. Friday on the 200 block of Southwest Fourth Street for fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct.

Three people were arrested at 12:16 a.m. Friday following a report of a couple kids going through vehicles on the 500 block of Ninth Avenue Northeast. A 20-year-old man was arrested for tampering with a vehicle; a 12-year-old male was cited for tampering with a vehicle and breaking curfew and a 15-year-old male was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 11:11 p.m. Thursday of a disagreement on the 1200 block of Laurel Street. The reporting party left prior to officer's arrival.

A report at 9:45 p.m. Thursday of a verbal disturbance on the 100 block of Gillis Avenue. Female party left prior to officer's arrival and male requested that if officers locate her to advise her to stay away from him.

A report at 7:52 p.m. Thursday of a subject, who was possibly intoxicated, yelling at someone across the alley on the 100 block of Washington Street. Officer made contact with subject and advised him to go home.

A report at 6:22 p.m. Thursday of a group of people causing a disturbance on South Eighth and Washington streets.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 4:20 p.m. Thursday of a suspicious person walking on the football field, 1001 Kingwood St. Subject was gone prior to officer's arrival.

A report at 3:24 p.m. Thursday of an unknown person standing near the corner of a driveway on the 1400 block of Maple Street, waving at a resident. Officers were unable to locate person.

A report at 1:01 p.m. Thursday of children peeking in windows and taking her child's toys on the 900 block of Sixth Avenue Northeast.

A report at 8:54 a.m. Thursday of a female with pink streaks in her hair walking in the median of the Washington Street Bridge. She was described as "spaced out" and glossy-eyed."

FRAUD - A report Thursday of an unknown female giving US Bank, 320 Sixth St. S., a fake $100 bill that had "For Motion Pictures Only" on it. Female said she found it in her truck.

THEFT - A report Thursday of a theft at Carefree Living, 2723 Oak St.

Baxter police

INTOXICATED - A report at 1:18 a.m. Friday of a possible intoxicated driver on the 7200 block of Glory Road. A Crow Wing County Sheriff deputy assisted officer with speaking to driver who was not intoxicated, but having issues walking because of medical problems with legs.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 12:21 a.m. Friday with a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot for the last hour at 15058 Dellwood Drive.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 11:50 p.m. Thursday of people being disruptive in a room at a hotel, 14341 Edgewood Drive. Subjects were gone prior to officers' arrival.

ARREST - A 23-year-old woman was arrested at 8:23 p.m. Thursday following a report of a shoplifter at Mills Fleet Farm, 14114 Dellwood Drive.

THEFT - A report Thursday of a theft at a store, 7295 Glory Road.

Several thefts were reported Thursday at Costco and Mills Fleet Farm.

ARRESTS - A 33-year-old man was arrested at 8:36 p.m. Thursday following a report of a domestic on Crow Wing County Road 3, Brainerd.

A 25-year-old man was arrested at 1:03 p.m. Thursday during a traffic stop on Highway 210, Brainerd.

BURGLARY - A report Thursday of a burglary on Dullum Road, Brainerd.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 8:37 a.m. Thursday of a suspicious vehicle on Highway 25, Brainerd.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 3:16 a.m. Thursday of suspicious activity on Stratford Road, Nisswa.

Morrison sheriff

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 9:51 a.m. Monday of an unattended briefcase in the hallway near Morrison County Public Health, 213 First Ave. SE.

A report at 12:50 a.m. Monday of someone knocking on a door on the 36000 block of 153rd Street, Pierz, stating he needed help. Deputies located the subject who got his vehicle stuck on a trail off the side of the road. The male said he was getting tired of driving and wanted to take a nap, so he drove onto a swamp trail and got stuck.

PARTY - A report at 2:15 a.m. Sunday of a party of 50-60 people outside around a fire on the 1800 block of 215th Street, Randall. Deputies responded and everybody took off running.

A report at 9:42 p.m. April 18 of suspicious activity of someone running around on the convent grounds on the 100 block of Eighth Avenue Southeast.

FIRE - A report at 1:46 p.m. April 18 of a grass fire at a cabin on the 7000 block of Lake Camile Drive, Randall.

A report at 11:15 a.m. April 18 of smoke coming from the compost pile in Pierz. Caller said it looked like someone dumped coal/ashes onto the pile. Pierz Fire was called.

A report at 6:45 p.m. April 17 of a grass fire behind her house in the woods on the 24000 block of 295th Avenue, Pierz. DNR was paged.

A report at 2:40 p.m. April 17 of a haystack on fire on the 18000 block of 183rd Street, Little Falls.

Mille Lacs Tribal police

FIRE - A report at 9:17 p.m. April 18 of a grass fire on the 43000 block of Oodena Drive.

A report April 16 of a grass fire on the 43000 block of Oodena Drive.

SUSPICIOUS - A report April 18 of suspicious activity on the 16000 block of Ataage. Homeowner was uncooperative and cleared without incident.

A report April 16 of a possible break-in on the 17000 block of Virgo Road. Officer spoke with homeowner who was home and everything was fine.

A report April 16 of suspicious activity on the 440000 block of Highway 169, where an unknown person threw a pop bottle at her vehicle.

A report April 16 of a suspicious vehicle on the 16000 block of Migizi Drive.

ARRESTS - A 44-year-old woman was arrested April 18 on a warrant following a report of a disturbance on the 16000 block of Ojibwe Drive.

A 23-year-old man was arrested April 16 for fleeing a peace officer on the 16000 block of Ojibwe Drive.

A 24-year-old woman was arrested April 16 following a report of a theft at Grand Casino Mille Lacs, 777 Grand Ave.

ASSAULT - A report April 17 of a juvenile male who was assaulted twice on the school bus on the 45000 block of Virgo Road.

DISTURBANCE - A report April 17 of a disturbance on the 17000 block of Ookwemin Loop.
