THREATS - A report at 12:15 a.m. Saturday of female being scared of a male at a residence on the 300 block of North Seventh Street. Caller also mentioned a handgun being brandished. Officers located all parties involved and no handgun was located.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 2:28 p.m. Sunday of a male with a gun in his waistband on the 1300 block of South Sixth Street. The subject had a valid permit and was carrying the firearm in a position that was concealed. Everything was OK.

A report at 6:06 p.m. Sunday of complainant wanting to speak to officer about a possible break-in on the 2100 block of Spruce Drive while she was gone during the weekend.

Officers approached subjects at 1:43 a.m. Sunday who were attempting to break a street sign on the 200 block of West Washington Street. Subjects were sent on their way.

A report at 4:23 p.m. Saturday of an unknown male and female who were suspected to be writing bad checks at Holiday Stationstore, 417 S. Fifth St.

A report at 2:31 p.m. Saturday of two individuals playing with wheelchairs on the 600 block of Laurel Street. Parties were sent on their way and one wheelchair was returned to Herberger's.

A report at 10:12 p.m. Friday of suspicious activity on the 500 block of Fourth Avenue Northeast.

A report at 1:15 p.m. Friday of suspicious activity on the 700 block of North Eighth Street. Caller said there were occupants in the home who shouldn't be there. Residence was unoccupied before police arrived.

DOMESTIC - A report at 11:40 p.m. Monday of complainant hearing yelling and banging noises on the 700 block of Southwest Sixth Street. Officers responded and found subjects having a verbal argument.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 8:36 p.m. Sunday of a disturbance on the 300 block of Southwest Fifth Street. Officers made contact with subject, who had calmed down.

A report at 8:18 a.m. Sunday of yelling and swearing on the 900 block of Southeast 13th Street. Subject stated she was yelling at dogs that were running at large.

A report at 1:24 a.m. Sunday of a subject acting disorderly on the 700 block of Laurel Street.

A report at 10:45 a.m. Saturday of subject trying to break into a residence on the 200 block Southwest Fourth Street to obtain personal belongings. Subject was given belongings and was verbally trespassed from the property.

A report at 10:42 a.m. Saturday of an angry and suicidal subject who left Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center, 523 Third St. N. Officers located subject and brought them back to hospital without incident.

A report at 1 a.m. Saturday of a subject yelling profanities while walking down the 700 block of Laurel Street. Subject was believed to be involved in a physical altercation moments earlier. It was later determined the subject was not involved and was released.

A report at 11:07 p.m. Friday of a subject who was intoxicated and threatening to break items in a house on the 400 block of Tyrol Drive. Subject was gone prior to officers' arrival.

A report at 8:58 p.m. Friday of complainant stating subject was trying to beat him up on the 900 block of 11th Street Southeast.

INTOXICATED - A report at 3:29 p.m. Sunday of a possible intoxicated male who left in a vehicle on the 2000 block of Spruce Drive. Officers were unable to locate male.

A report at 10:15 p.m. Friday of an adult female lying on the ground by the railroad tracks on Washington Street and South Eighth Street. Officers made contact with a heavily intoxicated female, who was taken to the hospital.

A report at 4:43 a.m. Friday of a male walking around houses near Southeast 19th Street and Norwood Street.

THEFT - A report Sunday of a theft on the 2500 block of Kermit Lane.

A report Saturday of a theft of a lawn ornament on the 300 block of North Ninth Street. Complainant retrieved ornament and did not request charges.

A report Friday of a theft on the 800 block of West Washington Street.

DOMESTIC - A report at 2:57 a.m. Sunday of an altercation on the 1100 block of South 10th Street. Subjects agreed to separate for night.

ARRESTS - A 26-year-old man was arrested at 1:25 a.m. Sunday for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated (DWI) during a traffic stop on the 1100 block of Oak Street.

A 34-year-old man was arrested at 1:14 a.m. Saturday for fleeing from a peace officer and disorderly conduct following a report of a disturbance on the 400 block of Tyrol Drive.

A 30-year-old man was arrested at 1:14 a.m. Saturday for fourth-degree DWI during a traffic stop on Laurel Street.

A 28-year-old man was arrested at 6:14 p.m. Friday for felony theft, predatory offender failure to register address and obstructing the legal process on the 1200 block of South Ninth Street.

Police arrested multiple people at 1:25 a.m. Friday during a traffic stop on the 500 block of South Eighth Street. A 21-year-old was arrested for a probation violation; a 19-year-old man, 16-year-old female and a 17-year-old female were cited for minor consumption of alcohol; an 18-year-old woman was cited for two counts of provisional driver's license violation, too many passengers and driving after midnight.

ASSAULT - A report Friday of a video posted on Facebook that showed an altercation between three females.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 1:37 a.m. Monday of a group of juveniles knocking on doors and running eastbound on Woida Road. Officer was in close proximity to call, but didn't locate anyone or any tracks around the residence.

A report at 11:33 p.m. Sunday of a male in dark clothing in parking lot at Brothers Motorsports, 8194 Fairview Road. Officer made contact and subject stated he was out for a walk.

A report at 3:33 p.m. Sunday of two males and a female who attempted to steal merchandise from Menards, 15236 Dellwood Drive. Merchandise was paid for but staff felt the subjects were under the influence. Officers were unable to locate subjects.

A report at 1:06 p.m. Sunday of a male taking pictures on the 13000 block of Isle Drive. Officers were unable to locate anyone.

THEFT - A 22-year-old woman was arrested at 4:45 p.m. Sunday following a report of a shoplifter at Wal-Mart, 7295 Glory Road, who fled.

A report Sunday of a theft of an iPhone at Wal-Mart while complainant was working.

A 54-year-old woman was arrested at 12:18 p.m. Friday following a report of a theft at Mills Fleet Farm, 14114 Dellwood Drive.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 6:47 p.m. Friday of a subject causing a disturbance and refusing to leave Black Bear Lodge and Saloon, 14819 Edgewood Drive. Officers arrived and escorted subject out of business and provided a courtesy ride home due to her intoxication.

ARREST - A 38-year-old man was arrested at 2:09 a.m. Friday for active Crow Wing and Cass County warrants following a report of an unwanted, homeless and intoxicated male who wouldn't leave Taco Bell, 14175 Edgewood Drive.

FIRE - A report at 9:06 p.m. Sunday of a chimney fire on Camp Lake Road, Brainerd. The Garrison Fire Department responded to the fire.

A report at 5:42 p.m. Sunday of a grass fire on Eaglewood Circle, Deerwood.

A report at 2:26 p.m. Sunday of a grass fire on Half Moon Lane, Merrifield.

BURGLARY - A report at 8:52 p.m. Sunday of a burglary on Crow Wing County Road 1, Pine River.

A report at 2:15 p.m. Friday of a burglary on County Road 106, Emily.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 7:11 p.m. Sunday of a disturbance on North Street, Cuyuna.

A report at 9:32 p.m. Friday of a disturbance on Sorenson Lake Road, Merrifield.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 3:35 p.m. Sunday of suspicious activity on Paul Bunyan Trail, just south of Dianne Drive, Brainerd. Property damage was found.

A report at 8:15 p.m. Friday of suspicious activity on Ministers Point Road, Deerwood.

A report at 6:37 a.m. Friday of suspicious activity on County Road 136, Fifty Lakes.

ARREST - A 52-year-old woman was arrested at 10:09 a.m. Friday following a report of a domestic on 145th Avenue, Brainerd.

DOMESTIC - A report at 6:47 a.m. Friday of a domestic on Maghan Lane, Deerwood.
