SUSPICIOUS - A report at 1:53 a.m. Monday of a large stuffed animal in the parking lot at Wal-Mart, 7295 Glory Road, and it feels suspicious.

ARREST – A 49-year-old man was arrested at 9:54 p.m. Saturday on Highway 371 and Excelsior Road for gross misdemeanor traffic violation of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety.

Crow Wing sheriff

ARREST - A 19-year-old man was arrested at 2:22 a.m. Saturday during a traffic stop on Highway 6 for driving while intoxicated (DWI).

FIRE - A report at 7:47 p.m. Sunday of a fire in the ditch on St. Mathias Road and Business Highway 371. Deputies responded and learned that the fire was supervised.

Brainerd police

ARREST - A 51-year-old man was arrested at 12:33 a.m. Sunday on Fifth Avenue and B Street Northeast for fourth-degree DWI and test refusal.

KIDS - A report at 5:08 p.m. Saturday of kids jumping off the roof of a shed on the 600 block of North Seventh Street. Officers warned the kids against it.

A report at 9:31 p.m. Friday of two kids who placed a dollar in the front entrance of Cub Foods, 417 Eighth Avenue Northeast.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - A report at 6:31 p.m. Sunday of two individuals breaking bottles on the bike trail near the 600 block of 11th Street Southeast.

A report at 5:23 a.m. Friday of a burglary and damage to property on the 400 block of North Ninth Street.

THEFT - A report at 10:20 a.m. Saturday of a theft of a vehicle on the 300 block of North Eighth Street. The vehicle was recovered and the man was cited for falsely reporting a crime.

A report at 5:19 a.m. Saturday of a theft of a computer on the 300 block of James Street.

A report at 1:32 p.m. Friday of a theft on the 200 block of Southwest Ninth Street.

CITED - A 16-year-old female was cited for disorderly conduct after throwing chairs and causing a disturbance at the Lincoln Education Center, 604 S. Sixth St.

Staples police

ARREST - A man was arrested at 8:20 p.m. Saturday for receiving stolen property on the 200 block of Wisconsin Avenue Southeast. The man was arrested after a report of a theft of a hydraulic jack. The jack was located under a car that had its tire and rim stolen. The man was located in a similar car.

THEFT - A 17-year-old suspect was cited at 11:01 a.m. Saturday at the Family Dollar, 105 Second Ave. NW. The suspect ran out of the store with cold medicine in a backpack.

A report at 3:33 p.m. Friday of an alleged theft of a 1940s radio taken from the 200 block of Sixth Street Northeast.

DISPUTE - A report at 8:24 p.m. Friday of a disturbance on Wisconsin Avenue. A woman was outside screaming and then forced back into the residence. Officers made contact and parties claimed there were no problems.

Breezy Point police

BURGLARY - A report at 11:25 p.m. Sunday of a possible burglary in progress on the 3900 block of Swift Street, Pequot Lakes. A female was arrested for burglary and a male was arrested for a warrant.
