KIDS - A report at 5:20 p.m. Monday of some kids throwing snowballs at complainant’s kid on the 1100 block of 10th Avenue Northeast.

A report at 4:56 p.m. Monday of a child running around on Norwood and 19th streets with a diaper on with no supervision for an extended amount of time. The child was located.

THEFT - A report at 2:40 p.m. of a theft of a cellphone on the 400 block of Eighth Avenue through Craigslist. Complainant found out later that the phone was stolen.

A report at 1:43 p.m. Monday of a theft of U.S. currency taken from a locker at Brainerd High School, 702 S. Fifth St.

A report at 9:56 a.m. Monday of a theft of a business sign on the 900 block of Maple Street.

ARRESTS - A 36-year-old woman and a 51-year-old man were arrested at two different locations for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance following a report of a welfare check of a female holding her head.

Little Falls police

ARREST - A 23-year-old man was arrested at 3:24 a.m. Sunday for felony fourth-degree assault at St. Gabriel’s Hospital, 213 First Ave. SE. The male called police and told them that he did not feel safe and people were following him and they wanted to hurt him. The male was brought to the hospital where he became combative towards staff and police.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 2:47 p.m. Friday of a male near one of the entrances and looking into windows at Lindbergh Elementary School, 101 Ninth St. SE. Officers were given a physical description and responded to the area but were unable to locate the subject in question.

THEFT - A report at 9:04 a.m. Friday of a theft of a 14-foot enclosed tandem axle trailer from a lot on the 14000 block of Pine Avenue.

A report at 3:44 p.m. Thursday of a theft on the 1100 Fifth Avenue Southwest.
