PIRATING - A report at 11:55 p.m. Tuesday of a male passed out in the theater while recording/pirating a movie at Lakes 12 Theater, 14145 Baxter Drive.

THEFT - A report Tuesday of a theft of services of taxi fare on the 12000 block of Forest Drive.

Brainerd police

ARRESTS - A 38-year-old man was arrested at 11:12 p.m. Tuesday on the 900 block of 28th Street Southeast for first-degree burglary, domestic assault, fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

A 36-year-old man was arrested at 12:33 a.m. Tuesday for domestic assault and disorderly conduct following a report of a disturbance on the 300 block of F Street.
